For a flat rate of $15.00 we ship your order Australia wide regardless of order size and weight to street addresses and PO Boxes.
If you choose the alternative option of Express Post Satchel or registered and insured parcel/satchel then the price will change depending on weight and order value. The weights of all items in your shopping cart are automatically added up with the packing material. According to total weight the shipping costs for the satchel or the parcel is then automatically calculated.
If you want to find out the shipping costs for your selection select CHECK-OUT. After log-in you will see different shipping options and costs to your location. You can go then back to the shopping cart and play around with the quantities. If the quantity changes the total shipping costs may remain the same.
Sometimes a single small cone can make the difference and the whole selection ends up with a higher postage cost, sometimes the adding of a complete box or set does not change the total shipping costs.
It all depends how the total weight comes out and in which weight bracket it fits. Play around in filling up or reducing the content of the shopping cart to find the optimal shipping costs! Just remember, if you change quantities in the shopping cart or if you remove items, hit the "UPDATE" button at the bottom!
Your goods will ship after we received your payment into our account or received cleared funds in case of payment by cheque.
We ship at least once per week. Our currently designated weekly shipping day is Wednesday.
All orders for which payment is received will ship this day. Depending on orders and available time, we endeavour to pack and send orders more frequently.
When the goods are shipped the risk of transport and loss is with the customer.

The Flat Rate is our most economical delivery option to home address or PO boxes.
It is $15.00 per shipment regardless of order size. Even if we have to ship one shipment in multiple parcels/satchels to the same address it will not be more than $15.00!
Delivery is not insured and we are not responsible for lost packages.

basic tracking is available, but parcel is not insured
Registered Parcel or Satchel by Australia Post or by Courier Service
Parcels are insured and ship either by Courier Service or as registered parcel with Australia Post.
Shipment outside Australia
Internationally we ship by Australia Post International registered Air Parcel.
While we have stringent quality requirements on our threads and check for obvious defects before shipment it will happen in exceptional cases that there will be product defects which did not find our attention. All products shall be returned to us at: OSGas Pty Ltd., Embroidery & Sewing Threads Division, PO Box 132, Kenmore QLD 4069 at customer expense. Please advise us the reason of the return and the requested remedy, replacement, credit or exchange. We will review the return and inform you if we accept the return. Before sending items back, please contact us by email.
Please check content of deliveries upon arrival and report any discrepancies in quantity and colour within 3 weeks and in quality within 3 months.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under Return Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods.
