Shipping Details/Postage

 We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Canada, United Kingdom, United States of America, South Korea, Japan and Sweden. Please contact us by email if we do not ship to your country.

Your order will be shipped after we receive your payment into our account or received cleared funds in case of payment by cheque.

Postage is calculated by weight and by country, and may be subject to change without notice. If you would like to choose an alternative option of postage, please contact us.

We ship at least once a week (Wednesday) and all orders will be shipped within a week of receiving payment. Depending on orders and available time, we endeavour to pack and send orders more frequently.

Orders will be appropriately packaged for shipment.

When the goods are shipped, the risk of transport and loss is with the customer.
